Problem with the driver-installation of VXDIAG VCX SE Benz.
I installed Xentry 03.2021 and after that, i installed the VCX-Manager 1.8.4 Build 0315, VCI-Manager(Daimler) 21.03.15 and XDVCIUpdate 20210221. And all the needed Licences.
But now i have a huge Problem, that during the installation of C6-Driver i get an error-message “Xentry diagnosis software not installed”. See picture below.
My Xentry is installed and its running good.
I think, the problem is, that i installed my Xentry 03.2021 on another Partition (Drive D:\Mercedes-Benz\) and now the installer is trying to find a version of Xentry e.g in “C:\Program Files (x86)\Mercedes-Benz\Xentry\bin\”

Finally, solved!
So I found out, that the original C-6 installer is looking in the
“Standard-Installation-Directory” (e.g. c:\program files(x86)\Mercedes-Benz\Xentry….) for an installed Version of Xentry.
And there is no other possibility to tell the Installer, where Xentry was installed….in my case in drive d:\Mercedes-Benz…..)
I was forced to reinstall Xentry in the default path. And after that, the C6-installer from Obd2tool.com was able to detect my Xentry-Version immediately.
Now everything is running very good. Xentry and VCX SE Benz C6.

I was forced to reinstall Xentry in the default path. And after that, the C6-installer from Obd2tool.com was able to detect my Xentry-Version immediately.

How to Program the BMW Key

There are 2 basic methods; one to use when you already have a working key but want to program additional keys, and the other when you’re starting from scratch without a working key. Programming Additional BMW Key Fobs
So if you have a working key fob, but wish to program additional keys, follow these steps:
1. Take the working key fob along with the ones you want to program inside the car with all doors and windows closed.

3. Turn the key back and remove.

For analysis purposes, the ICOM NEXT A saves the file user.settings.log with the error description to the USB stick.

The car model belongs to 4th Immobilizer system. For VW 4th and 5th immobilizer, you should use the following devices.
XTOOL X100 PAD2 Pro (comes with KC100 adapter)
XTOOL X100 PAD3 (comes with KC100 adapter)
XTOOL X100 PAD3 SE and adapter (optional)
Note: Because x100 pad key programmer is not compatible with kc100 adapter, so it cannot support the function.
How to Use KC100 with X100 Pad2/X100 Pad3/X100 PAD3 SE for 4th and 5th immobilizer:
Let’s take X100 PAD3 as an example. Since VW 4th and 5th Immo programming needs online programming, please make sure X100 PAD3 connect Internet before doing programming.
Operation steps:
1.Use the main cable and OBDII connector (or other relative connector) to connect between X100PAD3 and your car’s OBD port
2.Use USB to mini USB cable to connect between X100PAD3 and KC100
3.Switch ignition on position, then enter software as following steps:
Immobilization>> VW>> 4th/5th Immobilizer System

4.If your car is 4th immobilizer system, please click 4th immobilizer system.
If your car is 5th immobilizer system, please click 5th immobilizer system.

1.Update VX Manager, VCI and DoIP firmware to latest verison, otherwise the device will report “Error License for Function JLR” and will not detect network connection.
